Founded in 2024 by Tony Pricco, Overlook Ventures is a real estate investment firm focused on industrial development and acquisition opportunities in select infill markets. The firm partners with operators to provide capital, market expertise, and a proven approach informed by more than 100 million square feet of transactions totaling over $20 billion in value.

Prior to founding Overlook Ventures, Tony served as Chief Investment Officer and Partner at Bridge Industrial, where he was instrumental in scaling the firm from a regional Chicago developer into a globally recognized industrial real estate platform. As part of the senior leadership team, he directed investment strategy, capital deployment, and institutional partnerships across U.S. and international markets.

Tony holds a BBA in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. He is an active member of the University of Wisconsin Graaskamp Center for Real Estate, serves on the Kellogg Real Estate Advisory Council, and is a member of NAIOP, where he previously served on the National Board of Directors and as President of the Chicago Chapter.
