The firm partners with operators to provide capital, market expertise, and a proven approach informed by more than 100 million square feet of transactions totaling over $20 billion in value.
Prior to founding Overlook Ventures, Tony served as Chief Investment Officer and Partner at Bridge Industrial, where he was instrumental in scaling the firm from a regional Chicago developer into a globally recognized industrial real estate platform. As part of the senior leadership team, he directed investment strategy, capital deployment, and institutional partnerships across U.S. and international markets.
